I think that the sessions have to be repeated numerous times for it to take effect and become like second nature.

Having said that, the guys on this site use a kind of system of desensitizing and gradual exposure thearapy, where you actually go through the motions and fake it at the urinals.

Now the hypnotherapy and visulization combined with the real life desenitizing/faking it at the urinals therapy that these guys use might just be a very powerful combination.
