Steve, some good info there thanks for that! I had a few hypnotherapy sessions a few months back for my AP. I didnt really feel any changes however I was also partly to blame as I didnt get consistent enough with the anchor techniques and the visualisation etc.

Iv always watched people like Paul Mckenna and have wondered couldnt he just hypnotise someone to forget about their AP and pee without thinking?! Or does that wear off after time?
