I guess the first thing is that we all know the feeling of relief we felt when we realised that we were not the only ones with this condition. Well, when you go on a beginners course and actually meet others in your situation that feeling is magnified much further .
Then there's the actual workshop itself which really puts everything in perspective and leaves you thinking about AP in a much different and more positive way to before. I won't lie and say that the workshop is just one big period of shining light as you are generally faced with a whole series of ups and downs during it's duration but it certainly left me feeling armed and able to tackle my condition and to continue the improvements I made during the weekend away. The workshop was very well run by Andrew & Mert and the other people who attended were all very friendly and interesting people to know.
I know that I made the decision to attend a workshop after reading the views of others on here and I hope that this inspires others out there to book onto a workshop.
Thank you to Andrew & Mert especially for running such a great workshop.537
