Hi Adam, I'd just like to say well done for coming onto the board and an even bigger well done for decided to think 'bugger it' and going out and having fun. I look forward to hearing how that went! Also, this isn't even a problem that only men suffer from - us girlies have a problems with AP too, there are a few on the boards. You are SO not alone with this!
