Hi all I have checked with James, and he does not mind my telling you all that when he attended his first workshop, I classified him as a severe case i.e. he could not use cubicles at all, and even domestic situations could be difficult: that first workshop was difficult for him. He has attended workshops over two years, and the fact that he has enjoyed a month in Asia, mainly in situations that he had no control over, including planes, is a tribute to the effort he has put in to address his severe paruresis; and it shows what can be done, even with severe cases. Well done James, you deserved to enjoy that holiday :-) Andrew
