have just returned from a month long holiday in asia where I found myself in many difficult peeing situations. I was amazed at how well I coped and how well the workshops I attended prepared me for such challenges. two years ago, when I began to confront my paruresis (which had come to dominate my life), I would never have thought that such a trip would ever be possible. i still have lots of work to do and progress to make but the improvements I have made are incredible. none of this would have been possible without the support of the ukpt. I remember reading similar posts to this one and thinking ‘well, lucky them but I don’t think this can work for me,’ and yet here i am. I can’t recommend the workshops highly enough. james s
