as Andrew said, the Follow Up Workshop can help us to reinforce our information we have got on our Beginner's Workshop.
Andrew You made me laugh with Your last sentence. Sometimes I wish I would have had a sergeant who order me to practice.
Peter, I know Your condition, I had the same. My record was a 24 our trip without peeing. It was terrible, but I survived and You survived too, so You are very strong to achieve the next Workshop.
Our AP, as one of us mate said a long, sometimes lonely way with ups and downs. Nowadays I am down, but I am on my way to my recovery.
Anyway. It was a quite funny story yesterday. I had been invited to a party at a local pub of a very small village. I drank two beers, and after a while I felt a good urgency. So I went toward the toilet. I had to turn on the light, which was outside of the door. Entering the toilet, the two urinals one cubical set received me. I stood at one of the urinals, started to pee. The well known idea and tension (You must know it ): what if someone come in? At that time the light went off. I was peeing in the dark, the light came back, and someone entered the toilet. He stood next to me, he was very drunk and was apologizing for the darkness while I tried to keep on peeing. I started to laugh and initialized a short conversation with him. Before the Workshops I had not thought I would laugh in public toilet.
Best wishes
Robert
