Oh Peter Peter I do need to you to attend a Follow Up workshop. All the guys who do so say the Beginners opened their eyes, but the Follow Up really moved them forward (see the post above). The pity is that because you were able to use the plane loo on the way back, you would have been able to do on the way out as well, if you had not dehydrated. Then you would not have got an infection either. Could you take an internal flight Stansted to somewhere like Edinburgh and back, just to get on top of this? But get yourself along to the Follow up workshop in November. That's an order :-) Andrew
