Hello I've just found this site and can't believe the amount of people with the same problem as me. I always thought I was alone with this problem and thought I was a bit mad but now I can see that there are a lot of people in my shoes. I'm 38 and have been like this since my teens, I'm married with three children who all know what I'm like and take no notice now, but it's so embarrassing when you go out anywhere and feel uncomfortable and unable to tell friends how your really feeling, over the years it's really held me back but now hopefully I can look into the problem with the help of this site.
