Hi Mark, Hi Ron. As Andrew says, take in all the good stuff on the website, and keep in touch. The more you express your thoughts, the more support you will get from others. Mark Re: "i have not gone to a workshop yet but hope to one day". Would you be saying the same thing if you had a broken leg, or some awful, but treatable disease? I guess you would be wanting to get on with fixing it right away. Perhaps you should make time for that workshop, so this AP thing has less impact on your life, and on the life of your friends and family. Remember, you are among friends here. Colin
