Welcome to the groups Gus. From what you have written you seem to be handling your AP quite well. Take a look at the advice on the site and get yourself on a workshop and I'm sure you will take giant srides forward just as I did.

Your experience with the doctor is certainly not unique, AP really is a well kept secret.
