Due to no response to your message I'll just have my pennorth.
Really your questions should be directed to your consultant urologist as every case can be different and I would hate to mislead you.In my case some years ago my urologist did a turps operation on me which consisted of hollowing out the prostrate of the tissue and muscle fibre.It sounds very similar to your problem but might not be.I was warned there might be a small chance of slight incontinence.The result was I had no incontinence whatsoever ,however there was no improvement in my paruresis-----Ah Well.349
