in a few weeks time i have to have an operation for rmoval of prostate gland, and one side-effect of this, is supposed to be urinary incontinence; and it is said that training of the the pelvic floor muscles will help; am i being optimistic in thinking that being an AP sufferer, those muscles etc. are so controllable, that i wouldnt have a problem...i mean, some of the horror stories one reads detail exactly the opposite of what an AP sufferer has
