Cant use public toilets so stay at home

Sorry to hear you find it so difficult to talk about.
The support group is the Ukpt workshop and it’s really, really good indeed!
You can say as little or as much as you like and you can wait until others in the group have opened up a bit before you share anything of your own experiences and that mind put your mind at ease and help you settle down easier.
You also get the opportunity to talk one to one in private with any of the men running the workshop you’re attending.
There’s no pressure whatsoever or any expectations on you.
Each time I went and one of the other attendees said something about their experience at least one if not more person went hmmm because it was there way of saying ‘me too’.
Please try and pluck up the courage to attend a workshop.

Hi Welsh lad
We have just decided to run a one day online (virtual) workshop on Saturday 10th December. It is not on the website booking page yet but will be soon. Keep an eye on the page. This is an easy way to start addressing the issue
Cheers
