Went to the hospital today (for nothing important really), seen the toilets there, tried and made it . Was the first time in a long time. I was in range 2 maybe 3. I know it doesn't seem much but it was a big step for me. Hope this will help me in the future trys.

Hi Jaun,

Well done! When you say it was the first time in a long time, is that because you have a very bad case of AP, or you dont practice out and about much?

If its the latter, then just go into every WC you pass regardless of wether you need to go or not! Its all about de-sensing ie getting used to being in a public WC with others around.

Several bad case of AP, but since i know AP (the most important step), 2 month ago or so, Im feeling really better and could do it in some other places. At least if i cant do it, i dont feel like killing myself, u know what i mean.
I think im half way to be cured... gotta try in urinals with other ppl
And yeah, im doing what u say, i try in every wc that i see, need to pee or not; at the moment.. only one fail (that actually helped me on what i have to think when im stand there waiting for the pee), pretty good tough.

Well done. Keep visualising success. I keep a diary with initials to remind me the place/situation and a tick to show I done it. Looking back its amazing how many ticks I got.
For urinals with people around, go to big toilets, with dividers-e.g. shopping centres, service station. They are a lot easier than small toilets where its just you and 1 or 2 other people.
Quickly you will reason no one notices, so you can take your time. Remember to relax and if you cant pee dont force it, just wait it out and stay calm. If you get anxious zip up and come back 5 minutes later.
And with christmas coming up you got a great excuse to spend all day at your local shopping centre!
