Signed up with the gym. Changing rooms have no urinals! It was quite weird being disappointed about this. Showers also have doors... anyway, there's quite a good through-rate of people so it lets me get naked and used to feeling less self-conscious about it.
Did a bit of a work out (quite boring!)and mostly thought about the next pee. Found a urinal downstairs and went - nobody at the other one but someone milling about behind me so a little challenge.
Read some of the Mckenna book - focuses a lot on positive visualization which I think could work well with this condition. Now I know where the urinals in the building are and what they look like I can start imagining myself having successful pees at them... kind of like a little dress rehearsal! There's a CD which I've uploaded to my Ipod but not listened to as yet.
More soon - thanks for the support - keep peeing!

Hi Adam,
Shame about the urinals, my gym is the opposite so Im lucky. Good job you found an alternative. Do you drive? If so, visit a few motor way service stations one afternoon or just drive to different locations. You can cover more wc's that way.
As for the mkcenna book, I bought the confidence one and the 'change your life in 7 days' one and aggree it can be used for this. The CD's are for your subconscious mind to listen to and reprogramme itself. Wont work for everyone but should help!
Keep updating what you're getting up to as its all encouraging.
