Hi Jan, I just wanted to say well done for agreeing to going on this trip. You are so right to put the holiday and your friendships before your issue with going to the toliet. I have completely understand as i suffer from similar anxieties. Just one thing i've been thinking about. I find that if i am aleays emtpying my bladder it makes me need the loo more. I went out last night and was determined not to let it ruin my night and so just accepted that when the time came i would have to accept that i would have to lurk around the loo. Much harder when in extended company with friends as i feel they will definately notice. However i'm sick of letting my issue define how i behave and what i do. I feel like ok i can't use urinals but its time to just pretend its not an issue until i actually need the loo and just try to get on with life . Not have it hanging over me.
