Hi Dominic, good to hear from you! Nick has hit the nail right on the head with his post. The sooner you get support the better because the longer you suffer the more you overthink things and the problem gets further out of hand. Sign up for the next workshop that is nearest to you, read as many posts on here as you can and take it from there.
