Honestly Bill I would recommend coming to a follow-up workshop. A beginners workshop gets you off the ground, but most guys find they need a Follow-up workshop (which is run differently) in order to consolidate things. On that workshop, we can also spend more time on attitude issues. There is one in London May 5-7th. Get yourself on it. Andrew
