With the support of this message board, Andrew and colleagues, and other sufferers, i am confident that you can make an improvement with your paruresis and indeed your life Dylan. I found the comment about raising a boy to pee very interesting indeed! One of the things about being a paruresis sufferer is that we all get into situations we think nobody else has but by being in touch with our fellow counterparts we soon discover that we are wrong about this. If you had a son he would use public toilets with his friends and by himself so would learn to use the toilets naturally. You wouldn't have to use the gents at the same time as he but in your own time the same as everyone who has paruresis. There will be someone who reads the ukpt message board who will be in the same boat as you i am sure so keep your eyes peeled for a response. Very best of luck to you!
