I also want to extend my thanks to Jonathan, Mark and George for putting us at ease and presenting such a constructive and informative weekend. Thanks also to all the participants whose input was invaluable. After such a successful Beginners workshop and the progress I made I thought it may not have been necessary to attend a Follow-up. However, having now attended I can say that both workshops are essential. For sufferers of this condition I would strongly advise taking the opportunity to attend both workshops. As Ross A has said "they will help to change your life".
