hi I'm 54 and live in Herefordshire, it's years since I last attended a follow on workshop and rather than do another one I want to find buddies to practice desensing. My business life has gone up a notch in the last year or two and I'm regularly needing to make trips to America and Australia, this raised my anxiety levels, I'm not back to square one with paruresis but do need to work on desensing again which is not easy to do alone. I'm prepared to travel long distance for weekend meetups with well organised groups.
