Yes wasn't it great Adam, I left the workshop on a big high after achieving what would have been impossible a few days before. The mentors put us all at ease and we didn't have to do anything we didn’t want to do. Anybody who is thinking of attending the workshop, just do it. You will be surprised at what can be achieved in such a small amount of time. For the first time in 40 years I actually felt so relaxed with the guys that I was able to urinate with some of them in the same room even when somebody was standing next to me at the urinal which believe me is a massive achievement for me. Since the workshop I have visited toilets that I would have avoided, like in supermarkets for example. Yesterday I went to my mothers graduation at the extremely busy Milton Keynes Theatre the sort of place which before the workshop would have been a nightmare visiting the toilets, but with the voice in my head saying "nobody is watching, nobody cares just go in there and get on with it". Funny enough I went in and tried to go at the urinal but this guy came in and went to the urinal quite close to me but then changed his mind, moved right to the end and suddenly one of the cubical doors opened and he shot in there, so it was interesting to see we aren’t the only ones who have this problem. After all this I did manage to go in the cubical but it felt like a victory for me because I simply would have held it before the workshop and would have had a crap time. Seriously if you have this problem just go to the workshop because you will be amazed at what you can do. The guys at the workshop were all different ages but it didn't matter, we all helped each other and we all actually had a laugh doing it. We had drinks in the bar, we went out for a meal in a restaurant, it was a really great weekend and I thoroughly recommend you attend as soon as possible. Cheers guys Roger _:smilies();
