hi and briefly, you’re where I was 18 months ago, cubicles/fine, urinals/nightmare/never used them/rarely went in a public loo. I’m desensing pretty much weekly in central London with a couple of other guys and we’re all making great progress. Others are welcome to come along. We meet early evening and always end up in a pub. You’ll soon be using the busiest urinals imaginable in St Pancras station .. I kid you not!! (bear in mind we’ve all been on workshops - I can’t say whether it’s a good idea to start desensing before you ‘graduate’ ;-) so maybe you want to wait until after your workshop, then again you've been reading this forum for years ... I can say the workshop will lift an immense weight off your shoulders and arm you with the info and the drive to greatly reduce the size of this problem. And being in London you have the best desensing arena imaginable. Ross
