I, too, attended the Beginners' Workshop. I don't think I can improve upon Bill's words, so I'll post just to echo his sentiments.

If you're on this board and wondering whether or not to attend a workshop, my message to you is: "do it!" Don't hesitate! There's no need to keep struggling through life, avoiding all the things you would like to be able to experience if only it wasn't for this condition!
