Almost 2 months on from the August workshop and I am still feeling the benefits. The primary reason I attended was that, not to, was considered a form of avoidance. The follow up workshop, in my experience, was equally if not more important than the beginners. While revising some of the ideas/theory set out in the beginners workshop there was more emphasis on desensing. I would encourage attendance of a follow-up course. Not only is there the opportunity to desense but there is the advantage of meeting guys in similar situations. Chatting to other men about their experiences can be very helpful indeed.
