Empty your lungs,sometimes even before entering the toilet.Enter stalls and continue to hold breath .This may take 30 seconds to a minute and you may feel as though you are fighting for breath.the bladder relaxes either through lack of oxygen or taking focus from your problem, if/when the stream starts you can breath normally again.if no luck repeat .Stalls are easier because you feel as if no one notices you holding your breath.It definitely works for me,302
