Hi Matt: I read your post with great interest and much empathy. I think you must congratulate yourself on the steps you have achieved towards mastery over this difficulty that everyone on this board has a unique life experience of. I am quite a bit older than you and I was nearly 40 by the time I realised that I was not the only guy on the planet with this difficulty. As far as I know, I have concealed it all from my family - I have wife and two grown-up sons. I am in London several times a month to visit business clients. I am an accountant (yawn!). Willing to have a coffee, been or whatever if it would help. Take care
