if this means that it is similar to the prison procedures there are two options 1. is the standard request for a urine specimen which is observed often by two testers or one who looks into a mirror to observe 2 if you can proves or establish that you have any degree of paruresis then you should ask for some privacy. this means being alone in a room where the toilet water is blued; this is laid down in prison orders so it should be acceptable if needed the UKPT and I personally would be prepared to write to confirm this this why in many prior posts i try to get the message across that secrecy is your worst enemy get to your GP tell him/her the situation ( or write a note) and ask that it becomes a matter in your health record good luck
