Network Rail (UK) Drug Test

Hi,
Glad to have found this forum. I will need to take a urine test for working with Network Rail (UK). Not sure if anyone here has gone through similar test.

It says that "collection of a urine sample through a strict chain of
custody procedure", does it mean that the urine sample will be collected in front of someone?
