I haven't posted for years, I was at the original London Workshop,(the equivalent of Woodstock I suppose!)but was pleased to see efforts being made to raise funds. I contribute each month by bank payment, and have done for years. Its not a lot but I am sure it helps. Don't forget without people such as Andrew, a lot of sufferers would be on their own,and he does a great job. Yes there are millions of charities out there who need help, but lets face it, unless you have AP you cant begin to comprehend what a rotten phobia it can be, so it will always remain pretty unfashionable as a charity. So if you can, contact Andrew and set up a monthly payment, I have to say as a long term sufferer I find the charity immensely helpful in a society that really does not show much awareness.331
