I've been going with Jonny to the british Library very often and can say that people are popping in and out like yo-yos all day long. it's a meeting point, a cafe, a restaurant as well as a wonderful practice bathroom - oh and a library - so I wouldn't worry about security. The temporary loos in St pancreas have now been dismantled as the refurbished ones have now opened - they are interesting with super hand dryers coming out of the mirrors - still free and very busy ( which has become quite fun after my amount of desensing - feels a bit like queuing up for a slightly scary ride at the funfair)
