I warn against drinking alcohol or taking drugs to overcome paruresis. With time, you'll need more and more to achieve the same effect. It doesn't always work, and the cure is worse than the disease. Get ye to a Workshop. It's drug-free, legal, non-fattening...and it works. --Good Luck--
