Thanks for the replies guys. I have been trying the breathing techniques mentioned on this site and I must say things have got a tiny bit better. Not had a chance to field test yet but I'm sure the time will come. Another concern I have is flow rate. Even in my own home, when I get going, my rate of flow is slow. I'm not sure if this is part of the initial problem or not. Is it usual for people who suffer with paruresis to have a low flow rate? I like the idea of the course, it's just having that much free time on the date that the next one is being held. I will look into it. Cheers
