Hi David, Welcome to the forums. Its a great feeling when you discover you're not alone with this. Its something people keep to them selves due to embarrassment or fear of what people will think of you. Its never too late to tackle this, so best thing to do is get booked on to a work shop. Details can be found in the top posts on the forum, and are held in London and Manchester.
