I use a self cath for my paruresis. Sometimes I need to use it once a day 5 times a week when I'm at work depending upon the toilet / anxiety levels. The last lot of caths I got were reusable ones - and I'm after getting some more online. I prefer reusable over disposable, it's a cost thing. The other day I tried sending for some free samples from coloplast, but just got a women ringing me up asking me a lot of questions about whether I'd been prescribed them. Like a total muppet I answered telling her the truth, because I wanted her off the phone coz I was at work and felt a little paranoid. Well, she basically told me I wasn't getting any so that was that. Does anyone know where I can get hold of some reusable self caths from without getting the second degree.. 'have you been prescribed them by your doctor' etc.
