I have just started CBT on the NHS. The first 3 lesson, where a lot to take in and had to do a lot of homework, which I found difficult due to work and family commitments. I am going for my 4th app today, so will post later to let you know how its gone. What I have learned so far, is that I am a very negative person and think that everyone is thinking about me when I am in the loo. I am going to try everything that they recommend. Hopefully Will attend a workshop with Andrew sometime in the near future as I think this will be very helpful.
