Welcome to the message board and well done for wanting to do something about this. If you havent already, look through the main site for more info.

The best thing you can do is book onto a beginners workshop. Email the link at the top of page to find out when and where the next one is.
This will help you alot and is just what you need by the sounds of things. In the meantime, read through the posts on here and even go out desensing. Visit as many large public WS's as you can, and just go and lock yourself in the cubicles with out any intention of actually going. Just spend time in there to help reduce the anxiety. Or even stand at the urinals and 'fake it'. This puts you under no pressure to go so you gradually get used to being there without any of the stress.
Im sure Andrew (chairman) will be along shortly with more advice or info on the next workshop.
