I am 25 and have been suffering with this since primary age gradually getting worse through college, university and work. I am worried that as I am going on holiday with my partners family (mostly men) in a few months that I am going to end up in situaions that I have avoided for a long time (my symptoms are much worse when in a public bathroom with people I know or where I know people are waiting for me). I have been reading these forums for 4 years and have tried the techniques to no avail. Help??
