Hi Cpt. Thanks for coming on here and sharing, you can never write too much on here Roy - I wouldnt think self catheterisation as a poor substitute for a workshop, it is merely another means of coping. Iv used them in the past, and still take some with me (for clubbing) and they have been a life saver. Techniques from the workshops can still be applied, its just the caths are there for that extra help as and when. Mark
