It sounds like you two are quite trusting already - she has told you about her anxiety and you have told her about your IBS. Also you seem quite comfortable with your AP and I wouldn't think she would be too judgemental as she has anxiety issues herself.
Like you say it will be a weight off your mind. She will not think it is as a big a deal as you do, let's put it that way. I told my ex when we were together and she hardly batted an eyelid. It did not affect the relationship at all.
Just make sure you are doing it for your benefit - like you say it's a weight off your mind. It's not going to be a big deal for her - and if you didn't want to tell her you wouldn't have posted on here!
