Hi Rob, You have what so many people have in the world, its more common than you may think. For some people, the problem can escalate and some people are unable to urinate in their own home if others are present. You have what would be described as a mild case. As Adam says - read through as many posts as you can and the main website too. If you feel you want to get on top of this then a workshop is just what you need. Cheers, Mark
