Thanks, I have just bought it and what a fascinating read it is too. One relevant point it makes is that when one reaches a plateau and feels that progress has stalled, in fact the brain is using the time to consolidate what is newly learnt.
So this allows one to see a plateau as a positive step and not a negative one.
There's loads more as I have only started reading it today.
