Thanks Robert, will look into a replacement link. The UKPT link to the NHS website is to benefot fomr an official explanation of a phobia in simple terms; true it does not mention paruresis, but then it does not mention a whole raft of other phobias either :-). However it does mention that a simple phobia is often seeded at an early age, and that the treatment is desensitisation and/or full CBT. As such it validates what we do on our workshops: such validation hopefully giving enquirers some confidence to move forward. cheers Andrew
