However, I felt the follow up workshop has helped me even more than the first! The progress I made at the first workshop, though fantastic for me, didn't quite get me to a point where I felt able to practice on my own when I got back. The jump in hierarchy (you will learn about this if you don't know what I'm talking about [and it's absolutely crucial to understanding how to tackle your problem]) was too much.
The 2nd workshop allowed me to make much more progress (I hadn't used a urinal in a public toilet [that wasn't empty] for 7 or maybe more years, I have now!) and has allowed me a stepping stone to further my progress. It has also given me the information I needed as to why I was having problems when I got back.
If anyone is reading this and has never been to a begginers or has but is skeptical about going to a follow up do not be. Go and do it! As almost everyone that has been to one will atest to it is like turning a corner. It isn't a miracle cure but it gives you the tools/weapons to fight back and stop this stupid problem from dictating how you live your life.
To begginers, everyone is nervous before they go so you are all in the same boat.
To follow-up skeptics, it will help you much more than you think so get on it.
And many thanks to all the great guys who were there. Epsecially Andrew and Dan who between them must have helped many many people. I really don't know what I'd have done without their help!293
