The above option is designed for sphincters that can no longer hold urine properly, so for an AP sufferer, the old sphincter would have to be removed complety and replaced! Iv always thought as an option for AP suffers, maybe an electronic device can be fitted that emits a pulse and relaxes the muscle (operated remotely). Mark
