Beware, I have unintentionally walked in on someone using radar key accessed facilities! It is not always easy to see if the facility is occupied and it appears that anyone with a radar key can unlock the door and reveal you sitting on the throne unless there is an additional bolt on the inside! Watch MOTO facilities eg Thurrock.
