Disabled toilets tend to have full-length doors and be larger inside than other facilities. Those without a RADAR lock on them are not reserved only for the disabled, but are "disabled enabled", i.e. kitted out to be easier for those with a disability to use. But anyone can use them, and they are more private for those with AP331
