Hi John You are lucky. You have found this website. Others have yet to do so. But you are now on the road to recovery from this difficult condition. Soak up all the information on the website, read what others have posted on the discussion board, but most of all become more and more positive that something can be done about it. We are all sufferers here, so we know what you are experiencing. Post your concerns and questions on the board, and gain support from the responses. And DO book that workshop as soon as you can. It will make all the difference for you.
