Just a quick message to say how pleased I was to have attended the workshop last weekend. Thanks to all the lads on the workshop and to Andrew and Colin for all their help and time! To anyone reading this who hasn't yet attended a workshop but is considering one, I hugely recommend it. I was pretty nervous about it, but plucked up the courage and was put at ease instantly. The workshop was very useful, interesting and it was easy to have a laugh with everyone. Have already noticed significant improvements! Good luck on the road to overcoming this!
